A NEW CAFE RACER
More than a custom cafe racer build, Royal Enfield’s Continental GT is a modern take on the 60s iconic British bike style. Although the bike’s aesthetics draw heavily on cafe racer builds, now a popular modern custom builder movement, the Continental GT is an entirely new machine, the first for Royal Enfield in 50 odd years. This little cafe racer is powered by a 535cc fuel injected, single cylinder air-cooled engine, with a low compression ration of 8.5:1 so expect good reliability but limited performance, as it’s rated 29.1 bhp at 5,100 rpm and 44 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. A classic look with modern engineering.
