The Kershaw Ruby, model 4040, is a forty year anniversary special, limited edition pocket knife from Kershaw. Featuring a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coated ZDP-189 steel blade, a high-carbon and high-chromium steel, the knife has a very hard blade with excellent edge retention and toughness. A built-in flipper and Kershaw’s KVT ball-bearing opening system add utility along with a frame lock with a hardened steel lockbar. The commemorative 40 Years logo is Laser etched.
