BIG NEW ENDURO
Following the recent release of the 701 Supermoto model, Husqvarna have announced an enduro version featuring the same large capacity SOHC single cylinder 690 cc engine, rated at 67 hp, with dual spark plug ignition, selectable engine maps including an A2 engine map that limits power, and a ride-by-wire throttle system. The engine sits in a chromium-molybdenum steel trellis frame with a 13-litre fuel tank that is integrated into the rear subframe. WP closed-cartridge 4CS forks up front and a fully-adjustable WP rear shock, connected to a lightweight aluminium swingarm, provide enduro quality suspension.
